ALTOArt is a pseudonym by Sara Tovey, an artist and illustrator based in Boston, Lincolnshire. Born in Portugal, she emigrated to England with her brother and parents. Having grown up and completed her schooling in Boston, Sara studied art through secondary school and at college.

Photography, visual arts, interior design, craft, filmography or textiles – Sara’s creative practice runs alongside her secular and voluntary work as a means of relaxation and as a response to different experiences in her life and travel.
